Nigeria’s FA boss replaces Kwesi Nyantakyi at CAF

The President of the Confederation of African Football (CAF), Ahmad Ahmad, has appointed the President of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF) to replace embattled former First Vice Chairman Kwesi Nyantakyi. The former President of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) resigned from his position a few days after he was captured in an investigative film engaging in underhand dealings. Appointment Of Two Judges Who Recommended Removal Of EC Boss Not Reward – Gov’t

The government is denying claims that the appointment of Justices Samuel Marful-Sau and Agnes Dordzie is a reward for the roles they played in the investigation of the Electoral Commission Chair, which eventually led to her dismissal. The two judges were appointed as Supreme Court Justices by the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo yesterday, a few days after the EC boss’ firing.
